The first ever prototype by Team Eta bought to inception in all its glory. The team was formed by a group of students from various engineering background who felt the need to improve current vehicle designs and develop innovations to increase the fuel efficiency and combat global problems like global warming. The prototype was built to compete in Shell Eco Marathon,2013 held in Malasia.

The car "Jugaad" consisted of a metal spaceframe with a sheet metal body cover to improve vehicle aerodynamics.

The Prototype was powered by an Internal Combustion Engine. A single cylinder Honda 35cc Engine was installed along with a direct reduction drivetrain system to transfer power to the wheel.
